Year 2 had an exciting History Engage day, bringing the past to life through fun, hands-on activities and a visit from some very special guests! Our teachers dressed up as famous figures from history: Mary Anning the palaeontologist, Neil Armstrong the astronaut, Emmeline Pankhurst the activist and Vincent van Gogh the famous artist. Throughout the day, the children took part in themed activities linked to each historical figure.
