Forgotten your ParentPay Pasword?

1. Visit www.parentpay.com
2. Put your email address/username in the username field and click on “Forgotten your password”
3. ParentPay will send an email to your email address with a link to reset your password - check your spam folder - it will be from platform@parentpay.com – click on the link
4. Enter a new password and confirm.
5. Now you can login to ParentPay with your email address and your new password.
