It is important that children form their letters correctly as this leads on to their success with joined-up writing. Letters should start at the right point and continue in the correct direction. 

There are 6 tall letters that ‘stand’ on the line. These are:--

The rest of the letters are small letters. They should all be the same height. These are:-
