Hula Hoop Workshop

On Thursday 25th June, our Early Years and Key Stage 1 pupils enjoyed an exciting and interesting Hula Hoop Workshop with:

The children were taught the basic skills of hula hooping. Then the new moves and tricks were added in, keeping the workshop fun and interesting. New hoop games were introduced, such as a game like the famous 'Musical Chairs', where hoops are used instead of chairs and different things are incorporated within that game.

During lunchtime, some of our staff members also enjoyed a 'hooping' session and they had gained some new skills too!

Through this experience, we learnt that hula hooping is a fun way to keep fit and stay active for both children and adults, with many other benefits as well!

A thoroughly interesting and enjoyable experience for all!
