Funky Fitness Club
In funky fitness the children get a great workout to upbeat music.
The children learnt how to do sit-ups with a partner.
The children are given regular water breaks to make sure they are well hydrated and can do their best excercising. They are also given a one of their 5 a day, with the choice of a portion of veg or fruit.
Another exercise the children practised were star jumps.
They had to make sure their legs were stretched out and their hands met over the top of their head.
